SPECIFICATIONS FOR SAND ARENAS A suitable area for the arena is first selected. The area is marked out and levels are checked and installed. A TLB is used for the leveling of the area with a 1% drainage slope. Hand leveling is used to get the correct levels. The ground is compacted using 850Kg compact roller. Curbing is concreted in to place around the arena. Once all the edges are tidied up the river sand is added and leveled. |
